Jeevansethu Seva Trust values the support and contributions of donors and is committed to maintaining transparency and accountability in all financial transactions.
All donations made to Jeevansethu Seva Trust are voluntary and are used for charitable purposes.
Donations once made are generally non-refundable, as they are utilized for ongoing programs and activities.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
If a donation was made due to a technical error (such as duplicate transactions).
If an incorrect amount was entered during the donation process.
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
To request a refund, donors must contact us with transaction details such as date, amount, and payment reference.
Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
As donations are immediately directed toward charitable activities, cancellation of donations is not permitted once the transaction is successfully completed.
